Meet Dr. Alisa Alayan

Alisa Alayan, MD is a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Spine Surgeon. She completed her undergraduate studies at Georgetown University and University of Oxford. She then earned her medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine and completed her Orthopedic Surgery Residency at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California.

Following residency, Dr. Alayan completed a combined Neurosurgical & Orthopedic Spine Surgery Fellowship at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Additionally, she completed a Comprehensive Minimally Invasive & Outpatient Spine Surgery Super Fellowship with Dr. Neel Anand and DOCS Spine + Orthopedics in Los Angeles, California.

Dr. Alayan has published and presented several articles on spinal deformity and minimally invasive spine surgery in peer reviewed journals and at national meetings. She is a current member of North American Spine Society (NASS). Dr. Alayan provides compassionate, comprehensive, and individualized care to all her patients.

In her spare time, Dr. Alayan enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
